R J Luce Associates, LLC specializes
in providing support services to the architectural profession and to
the construction industry on a consulting basis. We have been providing
various support services to architects, builder/developers, real estate
firms, individual homeowners, and contractors since 1991. Our firm is a licensed general contractor and has over 70 years of combined experience in the architectural and
construction professions.
Consulting and Operations
Taking your needs and requirements into account, we offer the following services:| Architectural Support |
We offer the technical architectural support staff
needed to get your job finished within budget. We provide these
services on a fixed fee basis.

| As Built Documentation | We
have prepared "as-built" CAD documentation for residences, huge
warehouses, police departments, commercial and retail establishments,
apartment buildings. We use hi-tech laser measuring equipment and the
finished plans are on CAD or whatever format the client requests. WE do
this work on a fixed fee basis - so you know what your costs are before
you start. |
| Insurance Work |
We have worked closely with residential clients in providing assistance in navigating the complex task of getting past the damage, and getting back to normal. We have prepared specs and contracts, received competitive bids for the owner's review, and guided the homeowner along the way. In addition, we have worked directly with public adjusters, and insurance companies. |
| Architectural Photography | By way of our affiliated company, Luce Photography, LLC, we offer complete architectural photography services. |
| House Plans | As
Director of Architectural Services for a national homebuilder, we have
designed hundreds of homes - let us help you design yours. In our files we have many award winning residential plans for purchase. These can be
customized and modified for your needs. They can be provided in any
format desired. |
| Construction Support | We
are a small licensed general contractor, and in addition, we have have provided many services to the construction industry to include:
take-offs, estimates, building permit coordination, and more. |

This is one of our commercial projects. The award winning Hartsville Professional Village in Warminster Township, Bucks County, PA. As Vice President for Mike Rosen Architects PC, we designed most of the tenant fit-outs, as well as many of the exteriors. This is a good example of a historically sensitive commercial development in the historic Village of Hartsville.
